A Village Plan is a working document that provides the community with a needs-based framework for their area.
Informed through community engagement, a Village Plan outlines an agreed set of actions that seek to address the key issues, priorities and opportunities that will make a positive contribution to the village and the people that live and work there.
Implementation of the Plan, in many cases, requires the support of the community.
