WESTON-SUB-EDGE BOWLING CLUB.
Our Bowling season ended with the Club Gala on 5th September when members played friendly games, followed by a barbecue provided and cooked by Jo and Tony Wyles.
This was a very happy occasion and much enjoyed by all. Our thanks to Tony and Jo for providing such a sumptuous feast.
Our next social event is the popular Race Night, to be held in Weston-sub-Edge Village Hall on Friday 23rd October at 7 p.m.. This is great fun when you can join a syndicate, purchase a horse and then one of the group rides it along the course, – if you land on a fence it is back to the start.
All this creates a lot of noise and laughter!
